  • ABOUT THE SERVICE:

    • Request for voluntary disconnection of an active account. The maximum length of time for Temporary Disconnection is six (6) months, provided all obligations are fully paid. For Temporary disconnection exceeding 6 months, old service connection materials of the concessionaire will be subjected to inspection upon request for reconnection of water service. If service connection materials will be inspected to be in good condition, the same will be used. Otherwise, the concessionaire will have to pay for the cost of new service connection materials to be used.

    • 2. Sign necessary documents and pay applicable charges to the Cashier.
